What we do with your details
Static Football Academy collects personal details in one place only: the free-trial registration form on our Register page. This page explains exactly what that form collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Static Football Academy, a youth football academy training at Maharaja Surajmal Stadium, Nangloi, Delhi; DAV School, Paschim Enclave, Delhi; and Omaxe City, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Founder and head coach: Tajish Shokeen. You can reach us on +91 95606 31330 or on WhatsApp.
What the trial form collects
Only what the form asks for, which is:
- the parent or guardian’s name and phone / WhatsApp number;
- the player’s name and age;
- the training ground you choose;
- optionally, the player’s football experience, how you heard about us, and any message you write;
- if you arrived through one of our own links (for example from our Instagram bio), a short label for that link, so we know which of our posts or pages bring enquiries.
We do not ask for an address, a date of birth, a school name, a photograph, payment details or any health or medical information through this form.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the free trial you asked for, and to place the player in the right age group and session. We do not use these details for advertising, we do not profile anyone, and we do not sell, rent or share them with anyone outside the academy.
Where it goes
When you press Register for free trial, the form is saved to the academy’s private Google Sheet (Google Workspace, handled under Google’s privacy policy), which only the academy’s coaches can open, and the academy is notified by email. If that service is unavailable, the form is delivered instead through Formspree, a form-delivery service that passes the enquiry on to the academy. After that, our coach follows up with you directly on WhatsApp using the number you gave.
Children’s details
The trial form is meant to be filled in by a parent or guardian, not by the player. Before it can be sent, you confirm that you are the player’s parent or guardian and that you consent to us contacting you. We do not knowingly take enquiries directly from a child. If you believe a child has sent us details without a parent’s involvement, tell us and we will delete them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if the player goes on to join the academy, for as long as they train with us. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons (for example “Book free trial” or WhatsApp) are used, so we know what is working. It sets cookies in your browser and Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, under Google’s terms. It does not receive anything you type into the registration form.
The “See us in action” section shows videos embedded from Instagram. When that section loads, Instagram (Meta) receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies, under Instagram’s privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts in the same way. We receive nothing from these companies about you personally.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 95606 31330 and say what you would like done. You are also free to skip the form entirely and simply message or call us.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect or how we handle it changes, we will update this page and the date below.
